The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a reliable shuttle service to take you there whenever you needed. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing a high level of service and being very accommodating.
Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The Luang Prabang hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The resort offered convenient shuttles to town and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They even cared about the environment, minimizing single-use plastic. a wonderful experience.
Couldn't stay longer.

We loved the beautiful pool, great gym, and the free shuttle bus to the town center. the staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Good location – just a short drive to the nearest bus stop. It's only a pleasant 15-minute walk to Mount Phousi, where you can enjoy some great views! 🚶♂️

Stunning views and excellent facilities! The pool was a highlight, and the food was delicious and authentic. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, making our stay even better. We loved that the hotel had a shuttle service that was available every hour, and it was really convenient for us to get around. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect - peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There were a few things that we were not happy with during our stay. There were quite a few mosquitoes in our room, which was a bit annoying.

This hotel boasts a stunning view of the city and its surroundings from its location on a mountain slightly away from the bustling center. One can enjoy the sunset from the fabulous infinity pool or from the comfort of their lavish room, which offers wonderful views. the staff is polite and helpful, providing exceptional service. the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty.
The hotel may lack guests due to its remote location, which could make it difficult to reach the town center.
